Young Tigers make my proud

How can i said about football match under 23 years for Olimpic London 2012 Qualification between Young Tigers with Japan team. We just fighting for our country after we dont have any point in the C group meet Japan, Syria and Bahrain. For me, young tigers really do the best position for put our country to be the big name in football arena.

After we lost for this qualitication, all my heros can take their experience level to improve the skill, ability and power. Never mind, we still support our team Harimau Muda and Harimau Malaya. Thanks to our "tiger", our unity under one roof Malaysia.

We are stiil behind you

Articel From NST

THE hard truth is that Malaysia remain a long way from matching Asia's best as yesterday's 4-0 defeat to Japan in the 2012 Asian Olympic Group qualifier at the National Stadium underlined.

The national Under-23 team lacked imagination and cutting edge as they crashed to their heaviest defeat in nine matches in this campaign and the fifth in a row in Group C.

Coach Ong Kim Swee admitted his team were below par and that plenty of work needs to be done to catch up with the likes of Japan.

"I hope everyone can see that we have a lot of work to do. We lost to a better team and people would compare with the first match (in Tosu last year) when we parked the bus and lost 2-0.

"Today (Yesterday) we tried several attacking options and it got worse. We need to be consistent over 90 minutes, we lack the ability of Japan and we got punished.

"We learned a good lesson of what it takes to achieve their level, it's what separates us from being a good and matured team," said Kim Swee after presiding over a seventh successive defeat to Japan at Under-23 level since 1999.

Japan dominated the game from the start as Khairul Fahmi Che Mat was the busier of the two goalkeepers early on when he twice denied Japan in the first 16 minutes -- saving from Manabu Saito in the eighth minute before turning Hiroki Sakai's low effort past the post.

Malaysia suffered a blow when right-back Mahalli Jasuli hobbled off in the 18th minute to be replaced by Affize Faisal Mamat before Japan struck in the 35th minute on the counter.

Genki Haraguchi beat Amer Saidin in pace and though the defender recovered with a last-ditch tackle, he only succeeded in diverting the ball into the path of Sakai to slot past Fahmi.

Nazmi Faiz Mansor engineered the best chance for Malaysia four minutes later but A. Thamil Arasu struck his shot weakly at Shuichi Gonda.

Japan punished Malaysia for that miss on the stroke of half-time when Yuya Osako nodded in unchallenged off a free-kick to make it 2-0.

"That goal killed us," said Kim Swee. "It was hard to get back, that was the turning point. The boys tried hard but I have to admit we did not play that well."

It got worse for Malaysia after the break as Sakai turned provider ten minutes later when his cross from the right was met by the on-rushing Haraguchi at the far post to effectively kill the game as a contest.

On the hour mark, Takahiro Oghihara's shot from outside the penalty box was parried by Fahmi to a lurking Saito, who only had to tap it in for the fourth goal.

Happy to you Lisa Surihani

Congratulation to Lisa Surihani and her husband now, Yusry KRU after the couple get married yesterday. After she, Ana Raffali get her turn to be wife for someone. Happy to you Puan Lisa.

True Love means

“I’ve realized that one of my main goals is to find a worthwhile and long term relationship. I noticed you have entries on how to keep a relationship and on how to end a relationship so would you consider writing an entry on what you perceive to be the best way to find a worthwhile relationship. How to avoid making the same mistakes, overcoming fears, keeping up motivation after failure etc.”

I choose the best drama series from 8 country to be my favorite list

First, the best drama series i watch in my country produce is "Drama Nur Kasih" on year 2009. Drama Nur Kasih make me interesting about "Islamic Drama" in culture of Melayu community life. I so lucky to be Melayu Muslim in my life under our Islamic country goverment. The best thing would get when watch this drama is "the story appreciate to put women status in high level". Location, dressing, acting and full story complete with love as husband and wive and the moral of knowledge. Malay community call mother nickname as "mak". I will never boring when i watch it again and again and see how cute Tiz Zaqyah Razak wearing hijab.

For my neighbor country Thailand, i decide to choose "Drama Luerd Khattiya" as my favorite. One of my favorite lakorn drama Aom Phiyada Akasarenee acting as crown princess. Costume, dressing, location, the story content, lagend Khmer and everything make me smile when i watch the romance drama ever. Thailand people calling mother as 'Mek" despite the mother are "queen". Again and again watch it still make me happy to see the princess "Darakumaree".

Drama Philipine, since i still school "Drama Pangako Sayo" are the best from Philipine with the Tagalog language. The actres so pretty we call her as 'Yna" in the drama series. Kristen Hermosa make me feel so beautifull person. Philipine call mother nickname as "Inai". Long time to watch it again but still remember the story line.

Telenovela Miss Tress Hermanas is the best latin drama for me. The story about Lisa family member growing up to find the real father. Drama Miss Tress Hermanas maybe just a simple drama but for me with great ost make a drama so succesfull until today. Scarlet Ortiz as Lisa so cute in this telenovela. My auntie ask me "why majoriti Brazil actress have similar name with Philipine actress?" i say "Sepanyol (Brazil) was colonized Philipine until the country get to be independent country".

Korean drama, i choose "My Girl" happy happy day the best ever. Lee Da Hae as Joo Yoo Rin from Pulau Jeju (Jeju Island) handle a dynamic character. Joo Yoo Rin make me fell want to travel to see Jeju island and Seoul. So cold weather here make me want to move and stay at Korea when i watch the drama again and again.

Hong Kong drama, oh "My Fair Princess" are so great to watch it again and again. Since school i love this drama to see Princess Xiao Yan Zi and Zei Wei, the emperor adopted daughter lagend from one of dynasty China. Fenomena "My Fair princess" make my group member at school create one group as "princess". When i watch this drama, i remember again how wonderfull my school memory with my classmate member.

Taiwan drama, i love "Meteor Garden" series 1 and 2, the character of San Chai and Dao Meng Si so cute to see again and again. even Taiwan are still one country have no chair at PBB but the drama still have good quality to qualify to me. Just a joke, but i have "Meteor Garden" necklace ha ha so child full memory.

The best drama sinetron from my relative neighbor is "Para Pencari Tuhan". This drama since 2007 until 2011 but i just now last year. Drama Para Pencari Tuhan just for "month of ramadan" but still enjoy to watch it anytime. Story about Islamic community and teach society how to love our Islamic law with the best thing in any situation. Love to see Zaskia Adya Mecca as Aya Azzahra with her strong character.

Just my simple review why "i choose the best drama series from 8 country to be my list' to watch and watch again.

Malaysia fight Bahrain 5 February 2012

THE lack of match fitness is the main worry of coach Ong Kim Swee ahead of Sunday's Olympic qualifier against Bahrain in Manama with the majority of the squad not having kicked a competitive ball for over a month.
Since the Olympic squad's return from a three-match playing tour of Australia in mid-December, 13 players with the Young Tigers A squad preparing for their S-League debut have had little competition.

Players such as Gary Steven Robbat (four months) and Irfan Fazail (two months) have been out of action much longer due to injury which was why the 0-0 draw with Selangor in a friendly in Bukit Jalil on Tuesday was crucial for the players to build up match fitness.

Luckily for Kim Swee, the other eight in the 21-member side named for the Asian zone third round Group C qualifier have been playing for a month in the Super League and Premier League.

"My main concern right now is the match fitness of the players, especially those from Young Tigers A. Most of them have not played much football since December. That is one reason why I gave the Young Tigers players more playing time in this friendly match," said Kim Swee after the game.

Following the match, the coach dropped four players -- injured forward Syahrul Azwari Ibrahim, third goalkeeper Sharil Sa'ari, defender Syazwan Tajuddin who picked up a knock against Selangor and striker Izuan Salahuddin.

Defender Fadhli Shas and forward A. Thamil Arasu are suspended after accumulating two yellow cards while striker Izzaq Faris Ramlan is out with a long-term knee injury.

Interestingly, Nazmi Faiz Mansor played in a more attacking role against Selangor in the hole behind the lone forward despite having excelled during the victorious 2011 Sea Games campaign in a defensive midfield role.

Ahmad Fakri Saarani dropped deeper into midfield alongside K. Gurusamy, as Ahmad Shakir Ali, recently recalled after an impressive start to the season with Negri Sembilan, leading the line.

"This team is not about Nazmi. I wish I had 15 other Nazmis so we can be a bit more consistent. Everyone must contribute," said Kim Swee, who has not given up hope of qualifying for the Olympics despite suffering three defeats already.

SQUAD -- Goalkeepers: Khairul Fahmi Che Mat, Izham Tarmizi Roslan; Defenders: Mahali Jasuli, Affizie Faisal Mamat, Muslim Ahmad, Wan Ahmad Amizafran Wan Nadris, Amer Saidin, Zubir Azmi, Nazirul Naim Che Hashim; Midfielders: Wan Zack Haikal Wan Nor, Azrif Nasrulhaq Badrul, Gary Steven Robbart, Irfan Fazail, K. Gurusamy, Azizan Nordin, Wan Zaharulnizam Wan Zakaria, Fandi Othman; Forwards: Ahmad Fakri Saarani, Ahmad Shakir Md Ali, Ahmad Hazwan Bakri, Nazmi Faiz Mansor. By Devinder Singh

Mystery Bermuda Triangle

The Bermuda Triangle, also known as the Devil's Triangle, is a region in the western part of the North Atlantic Ocean where a number of aircraft and surface vessels reportedly disappeared under mysterious circumstances.
Popular culture has attributed these disappearances to the paranormal or activity by extraterrestrial beings.[1] Documented evidence indicates that a significant percentage of the incidents were inaccurately reported or embellished by later authors, and numerous official agencies have stated that the number and nature of disappearances in the region is similar to that in any other area of ocean.

The boundaries of the triangle cover the Straits of Florida, the Bahamas and the entire Caribbean island area and the Atlantic east to the Azores. The more familiar triangular boundary in most written works has as its points somewhere on the Atlantic coast of Miami; San Juan, Puerto Rico; and the mid-Atlantic island of Bermuda, with most of the accidents concentrated along the southern boundary around the Bahamas and the Florida Straits.
The area is one of the most heavily traveled shipping lanes in the world, with ships crossing through it daily for ports in the Americas, Europe, and the Caribbean Islands. Cruise ships are also plentiful, and pleasure craft regularly go back and forth between Florida and the islands. It is also a heavily flown route for commercial and private aircraft heading towards Florida, the Caribbean, and South America from points north.

Computer studies of ocean floors around the world, particularly the area known as The Bermuda Triangle, reveal evidence of massive methane explosions in the past. For years, believers in the paranormal, aliens, and other outlandish theories pointed to the the disappearance of ships and aircraft as an indicator of mysterious forces at work in the “Devil’s triangle.” Scientists have finally pointed the rest of us to a more plausible cause.

The presence of methane hydrates indicates enormous eruptions of methane bubbles that would swamp a ship, and projected high into the air- take out flying airplanes, as well.

Any ships caught within the methane mega-bubble immediately lose all buoyancy and sink to the bottom of the ocean. If the bubbles are big enough and possess a high enough density they can also knock aircraft out of the sky with little or no warning. Aircraft falling victim to these methane bubbles will lose their engines-perhaps igniting the methane surrounding them-and immediately lose their lift as well, ending their flights by diving into the ocean and swiftly plummeting.

Solar Storm 2015

The sun is bombarding Earth with radiation from the biggest solar storm in more than six years with more to come from the fast-moving eruption.

The solar flare occurred at about 11 pm EST Jan 22 and will hit Earth with three different effects at three different times.

Doug Biesecker, a solar physicist at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Space Weather Prediction Center, says the storm may reach a level that could render natural light displays visible as far south as Idaho and New York, and even Illinois and Oregon, in the United States.

The biggest issue is radiation, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Space Weather Prediction Center in Colorado.

The radiation is mostly a concern for satellite disruptions and astronauts in space.

It can cause communication problems for polar-traveling airplanes, said space weather center physicist Doug Biesecker.

Radiation from the flare arrived at Earth an hour later and will likely continue through Jan 25.

Levels are considered strong but other storms have been more severe.

Still, this storm is the strongest for radiation since May 2005.

National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) flight surgeons and solar experts examined the solar flare's expected effects and decided that the six astronauts on the International Space Station do not have to do anything to protect themselves from the radiation, spokesman Rob Navias said.

A solar eruption is followed by a one-two-three punch, said Antti Pulkkinen, a physicist at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center in Maryland and Catholic University.

First comes electromagnetic radiation, followed by radiation in the form of protons.

Then, finally the coronal mass ejection - that's the plasma from the sun itself - hits.

Usually that travels at about two or three million kilometres per hour, but this storm is particularly speedy and is shooting out at six million kilometres per hour, Biesecker said.

It's the plasma that causes much of the noticeable problems on Earth, such as electrical grid outages. In 1989, a solar storm caused a massive blackout in Quebec. It can also pull the northern lights further south.

But this coronal mass ejection seems likely to be only moderate, with a chance for becoming strong, Biesecker said. The worst of the storm is likely to go north of Earth.

Tin Valley at Tambun Perak

Ever wondered how tin mining activities were like in the olden days?
To satisfy your curiosity, simply head down to the Lost World Tin Valley — one of the latest attractions of Lost World of Tambun in Ipoh — to get a better understanding about the tin mining industry.
In fact, visitors will have the opportunity to journey back in time to not just see how dulang washing activities were conducted but also to take part in them.
Just like in the good old days, the tin valley is equipped with a life-size palung (sluice box), an original gravel pump monitor and a large area for dulang washing (tin ore panning).

Here, visitors can witness theme park employees performing live demonstrations of dulang washing activities and even participate in them.
In the past, the dulang was used to scoop up the earth, mixed with water. and by careful swirling of the water, the mud was swept away and the heavier tin ore remained.
To completely understand the art of dulang washing, kids will also have the opportunity to use the dulang to extract tin from earth and sand.
If they are lucky, their hard work might be rewarded if they happen to obtain tin ore from the panning sessions.
One can also view original artifacts that line the inside of a limestone cave called The Galleria, comprising original tools and equipment used by miners and dulang washers of the past.
Such items include hand tools, axes, double-handed saws, an original monitor and many more of its kind in the country.
As lorries were not available then, elephants were the only mode for transporting the heavy tin ore to the nearest depot.
At the Tin Bearers, visitors can climb on the back of the recreated life size stone elephants and have a bird’s eye view of the tin valley — an excellent photo opportunity, especially for shutterbugs.
Over at the Tin History Walk, there are educational boards explaining the art of tin mining right down to interesting facts about the metal.
They also showcase how tin mining has become such an important commodity in international trade used in hundreds of industrial processes worldwide.
To complete the tin mining journey, visitors can head down to the Tin Trail and walk in the footsteps of tin where they learn how tin is made.
After a long day of walking, visitors can sit back and relax in the Lost World Hot Springs & Spa in the Lost World of Tambun Hotel.
Here, they get to unwind and soak in the natural therapeutic hot springs while star- gazing.
As for the Lost World Hotel, it has set a milestone for being the first hotel in Ipoh to be smoke-free.
Surrounded by an abundance of nature and the crisp air of Tambun, hotel guests will awake to a spectacular view of the 400 million-year-old limestone hills enveloped by morning mist.
Catering for family holidaymakers as well as the corporate world, the 174-room hotel has paved the way to become a premier destination of choice.

Picture Perfect Everytime

While many of us have to contend with the odd embarrassing 'Twitpic' or Facebook photo, snaps of Kate Middleton on her royal wedding day will be open to scrutiny by billions worldwide.
Luckily the bride-to-be will have assistants falling at her pedicured princess feet to ensure she looks super-groomed and camera-ready at all times.
Whether it's weddings, christenings or a day at the races, the camera lens is never far away.
Advertisement: Story continues below
You can even expect to pose for a fashion-cam at a shopping centre near you.
Shoppers at Westfield centres in Britain were recently introduced to the 'tweet mirror' - a high definition camera that captures images of shoppers trying on outfits they can post on Facebook or Twitter for second opinions.
"Posing for a picture may seem like a simple thing but cameras are deceptively tricky things," said Hillary Kerr, co-author of the new book What to Wear, Where.
In addition to cameras adding the dreaded four kilograms, there's improper lighting and awkward angles to contend with as you're flashing your best smile. But all of these posing problems can be stacked stylishly in your favour with savvy wardrobe choices, said Kerr.
"When in doubt about how your outfit will 'read' on camera, you should do a test run and ask someone to photograph you in that ensemble," she suggests. "Sometimes proportions or colours that look great in person are not as flattering in a photo."
Get ready, set, snap for your special occasion close-ups with Kerr's 'do list'.
DO:
Go for bright, solid colour pieces in a shade that's flattering against your skin tone. Prints may be hot property this season but it's the block colour trend that will shine in your special occasion snaps.
"Solid colours look best in photographs, especially vivid or bright blues," said Kerr. "Jewel tones are always a good idea (particularly sapphire and emerald). Just be sure to stay away from white, cream or even light beige, as these pale colours can make you look washed out in photos."
DO:
Stay away from high-cut necklines, especially turtlenecks.
Beware of the perils of the poloneck. Cutting off your decolletage may look Parisian chic in the flesh but high necklines can have a funny effect in photographs, particularly if you have a short neck.
"No matter how svelte you may be, a collarbone-covering blouse or dress will never look as flattering as something with a slightly lower neckline," Kerr said.
"A V-neck is an excellent choice for most people."
DO:
Make sure your outfit is crinkle-free by choosing wrinkle-resistant materials. Steer clear of easily creased fabrics unless you're happy to carry a travel iron in your handbag.
"While linen is lovely, it will make you look like a crumpled dinner napkin on camera," Kerr said. "Instead, look for sturdier fabrics like crepe, tweed or wool blends, as they don't show wrinkles so easily."
DO:
Opt for tailored pieces or show your silhouette with a belt.
This season's '70s fever has had the fashion world obsessing over floaty maxi frocks and palazzo pants, but you need to keep your silhouette in mind: "Billowy, relaxed pieces are often very chic, but unless you're a six-foot (1.83m) tall supermodel, they rarely look amazing in photographs," Kerr said.
"Instead of trapeze tops or slouchy, shapeless frocks, look for structured pieces like a well-cut blazer, ideally in a dark neutral hue (like black, navy, or charcoal) worn over a colourful blouse or dress."
DO:
Wear slightly more make-up than usual.
Once you've got the camera-friendly fashion sussed, don't forget the big picture. Make sure you've got your make-up wardrobe at the ready too.
"You don't need to go for an over-the-top runway look, but be sure to do a little extra grooming when you know your picture will be taken," Kerr said.
"A bright lip gloss and lots of mascara are definite musts - and don't forget the blush for extra radiance."

Why

Why?

Why did you make me cry
I never thought our love would die.

As I think of you I still care
Just like a loving bear.

It started with "Hi"
then ended with "Bye"
I never really thought it would die.

I want you to know
I love you so.

You said I was special to you
I guess I wasn't special enough.

When I look back on the tears
I remember all the memories we've had
together.

I just want to say no matter what
I'll always be your Girl..

A True Friend

A True Friend

A True Friend is hard to find,
And you can lose your mind,
But once their found,
Look around,
Your heart will open wide.

A True Friend, you can confide,
They may even misguide,
But if their true,
Then don't be blue,
Cos you can kick their hide!

A True Friend you can abide,
As you are allied,
But don't cry,
They wont defy,
They have probably complied.

Friend like you

Friend like you

Of all the friends i have ever met
Your the one i wont forget
And if i doe before you do
I will go to heaven and wait for you
I will give the angels back their wings
And risk the loss of everything
Just to show my friendship true
I am thankful to have a freind like you

This is Me

This is Me

I am who I am,
please accept it,
I know I have changed,
but this is me.

Please don't be mad at me,
everyone changes,
sometimes it is hard to accept,
but this is me.

Stay by my side,
I need you now more than ever,
because change isn't just hard on the people around me,
it's hard on me too!

Just be there for me,
through all of my troubles,
even though you get tired of it,
I need you to be there for me...

Up Town Girl

Uptown girl
She's been living in her uptown world
I bet she never had a back street guy
I bet her mama never told her why

I'm gonna try for an uptown girl
She's been living in her white bread world
As long as anyone with hot blood can
And now she's looking for a downtown man
That's what I am

And when she knows what
She wants from her time
And when she wakes up
And makes up her mind

She'll see I'm not so tough
Just because
I'm in love with an uptown girl
You know I've seen her in her uptown world
She's getting tired of her high class toys
And all her presents from her uptown boys
She's got a choice

Uptown girl
You know I can't afford to buy her pearls
But maybe someday when my ship comes in
She'll understand what kind of guy I've been
And then I'll win

And when she's walking
She's looking so fine
And when she's talking
She'll say that she's mine

She'll say I'm not so tough
Just because
I'm in love
With an uptown girl
She's been living in her white bread world
As long as anyone with hot blood can
And now she's looking for a downtown man
That's what I am

Uptown girl
She's my uptown girl
You know I'm in love
With an uptown girl

My uptown girl
You know I'm in love
With an uptown girl
My uptown girl
You know I'm in love
With an uptown girl
My uptown girl
