Question 1 : What is the correct thing to do when girl become pregnant outside of marriage?
Answer 1 : She should not marry anyone until the baby is born.

Question 2 : Assuming the father of the child wants to marry her, can he?
Answer 2 : No, he cannot marry her, until the baby is born.

Question 3 : Is the marriage valid if they did marry?
Answer 3 : No, the marriage contract is invalid. A Muslim cannot marry a pregnant woman, even if he is the biological father.

Question 4 : If they married, what should they do now to correct it?
Answer 4 : They should separate. She should wait for confirm that she is not pregnant. They can then marry, as this will be! now a legal marriage by Islamic law.

Question 5 : What if they don't correct it?
Answer 5 : They will still living in a relationship of  Zina  as the Marriage contract is not valid.

Question 6 : What are the rights of the child that was conceived Outside marriage?
Answer 6 : According to the scholars, the child is not the father by Islamic law. Hence, the child cannot inherit from the rights over the child. The child also has no rights over the father.

Question 7 : If you say that the father is not the father by Islamic law, does that mean he cannot be the mahram of his own biological daughter?
Answer 7 : Yes, he cannot be her mahram.

Question 8 : A Muslim man and a Muslim (or Non-Muslim) woman decides to get married after having lived together, how should they go about it?
Answer 8 : They must separate immediately and the woman must wait for one menstrual cycle (to prove she is not pregnant), before they can enter into a Marriage contract.

Question 9 : If I know someone that is in this situation, should I tell them about what I have learnt or is it none of my business?
Answer 9 : It is your Islamic duty to inform them, so they can rectify their situation, otherwise all the children from that relationship will be born outside an Islamic legal marriage.

Selangor get new title as state "full of domestic rubbish" recently. The statement we get it because our state goverment was stopping the service under "Alam Flora" organisation. Alam Flora are handle the service rubbish transport for state of Selangor. Now, some places at Selangor district involve in the situation include Shah Alam, our state goverment center area. That true happen at some place in Selangor area to involve in waste problem when the rubbish are delay to pick up from residential house. There is also some area have no reaction from our state goverment to take action about a problem. Pity to my state, just about rubbish make to be a big issue.

There are 4 district still in Majlis Daerah is Majlis Daerah Hulu Selangor, Majlis daerah Kuala Langat, Majlis Daerah Sabak Bernam dan Majlis daerah Kuala Selangor.

Even despite Klang still as Bandar Diraja (Royal City), but Klang can not to get the level city status (Bandaraya), Why?, i will explain it for my next article. Even my position not match as "perancang bandar dan wilayah" but for my lovely own state, my knowledge about geography and demographic in Selangor quite great.

Tin Valley at Tambun Perak

Ever wondered how tin mining activities were like in the olden days?
To satisfy your curiosity, simply head down to the Lost World Tin Valley — one of the latest attractions of Lost World of Tambun in Ipoh — to get a better understanding about the tin mining industry.
In fact, visitors will have the opportunity to journey back in time to not just see how dulang washing activities were conducted but also to take part in them.
Just like in the good old days, the tin valley is equipped with a life-size palung (sluice box), an original gravel pump monitor and a large area for dulang washing (tin ore panning).

Here, visitors can witness theme park employees performing live demonstrations of dulang washing activities and even participate in them.
In the past, the dulang was used to scoop up the earth, mixed with water. and by careful swirling of the water, the mud was swept away and the heavier tin ore remained.
To completely understand the art of dulang washing, kids will also have the opportunity to use the dulang to extract tin from earth and sand.
If they are lucky, their hard work might be rewarded if they happen to obtain tin ore from the panning sessions.
One can also view original artifacts that line the inside of a limestone cave called The Galleria, comprising original tools and equipment used by miners and dulang washers of the past.
Such items include hand tools, axes, double-handed saws, an original monitor and many more of its kind in the country.
As lorries were not available then, elephants were the only mode for transporting the heavy tin ore to the nearest depot.
At the Tin Bearers, visitors can climb on the back of the recreated life size stone elephants and have a bird’s eye view of the tin valley — an excellent photo opportunity, especially for shutterbugs.
Over at the Tin History Walk, there are educational boards explaining the art of tin mining right down to interesting facts about the metal.
They also showcase how tin mining has become such an important commodity in international trade used in hundreds of industrial processes worldwide.
To complete the tin mining journey, visitors can head down to the Tin Trail and walk in the footsteps of tin where they learn how tin is made.
After a long day of walking, visitors can sit back and relax in the Lost World Hot Springs & Spa in the Lost World of Tambun Hotel.

Luckily the bride-to-be will have assistants falling at her pedicured princess feet to ensure she looks super-groomed and camera-ready at all times.
Whether it's weddings, christenings or a day at the races, the camera lens is never far away.

You can even expect to pose for a fashion-cam at a shopping centre near you.
Shoppers at Westfield centres in Britain were recently introduced to the 'tweet mirror' - a high definition camera that captures images of shoppers trying on outfits they can post on Facebook or Twitter for second opinions.
"Posing for a picture may seem like a simple thing but cameras are deceptively tricky things," said Hillary Kerr, co-author of the new book What to Wear, Where.
In addition to cameras adding the dreaded four kilograms, there's improper lighting and awkward angles to contend with as you're flashing your best smile. But all of these posing problems can be stacked stylishly in your favour with savvy wardrobe choices, said Kerr.
"When in doubt about how your outfit will 'read' on camera, you should do a test run and ask someone to photograph you in that ensemble," she suggests. "Sometimes proportions or colours that look great in person are not as flattering in a photo."

DO:
Go for bright, solid colour pieces in a shade that's flattering against your skin tone. Prints may be hot property this season but it's the block colour trend that will shine in your special occasion snaps.
"Solid colours look best in photographs, especially vivid or bright blues," said Kerr. "Jewel tones are always a good idea (particularly sapphire and emerald). Just be sure to stay away from white, cream or even light beige, as these pale colours can make you look washed out in photos."
DO:
Stay away from high-cut necklines, especially turtlenecks.
Beware of the perils of the poloneck. Cutting off your decolletage may look Parisian chic in the flesh but high necklines can have a funny effect in photographs, particularly if you have a short neck.
"No matter how svelte you may be, a collarbone-covering blouse or dress will never look as flattering as something with a slightly lower neckline," Kerr said.
"A V-neck is an excellent choice for most people."
DO:
Make sure your outfit is crinkle-free by choosing wrinkle-resistant materials. Steer clear of easily creased fabrics unless you're happy to carry a travel iron in your handbag.
"While linen is lovely, it will make you look like a crumpled dinner napkin on camera," Kerr said. "Instead, look for sturdier fabrics like crepe, tweed or wool blends, as they don't show wrinkles so easily."
DO:
Opt for tailored pieces or show your silhouette with a belt.
This season's '70s fever has had the fashion world obsessing over floaty maxi frocks and palazzo pants, but you need to keep your silhouette in mind: "Billowy, relaxed pieces are often very chic, but unless you're a six-foot (1.83m) tall supermodel, they rarely look amazing in photographs," Kerr said.
"Instead of trapeze tops or slouchy, shapeless frocks, look for structured pieces like a well-cut blazer, ideally in a dark neutral hue (like black, navy, or charcoal) worn over a colourful blouse or dress."
DO:
Wear slightly more make-up than usual.
Once you've got the camera-friendly fashion sussed, don't forget the big picture. Make sure you've got your make-up wardrobe at the ready too.
"You don't need to go for an over-the-top runway look, but be sure to do a little extra grooming when you know your picture will be taken," Kerr said.
"A bright lip gloss and lots of mascara are definite musts - and don't forget the blush for extra radiance."
